I had yesterday off. It was great. I woke up at 7:30am as I told my sister that I would take Dylan to daycare as she had to work 5am to 1pm. So when I heard his little feet running around I had to get up.
Dylan and I watched some Treehouse and then headed out to daycare. The night before I had mentioned to my parents that it was extra super cheap to go to Puerto Vallarta for a week on Saturday. So on wednesday morning before Dylan and I headed out Ken wrote me a check and told me to book him and mom to go on vacation. How exciting is that. They havn't been on vacation for as long as I can remember and thats quite a long time.
They will have so much fun. I am excited for them. I am taking mom bathing suit shopping today after work.
Then I went and took the car to the garage and had that darn starter fixed. Now my car runs. Yay for me.
I missed the vet appointment though. My poor cat is depressed I think. She follows me around wherever I go and sleeps all the time. I don't think I have seen her move from the corner of my bed more then five times. Its wierd.
I went and got my eyes checked yesterday as well. They have gotten worse. I wasn't really surprised at that as things are kinda blurry. So thats my next big purchase. New glasses.
Then I went home and tried to have a nap as Steve was picking me up after he was done work as we had a date. We ended up going to a brand new julios which is where the cheesecake cafe used to be. It was tasty and he had never been there. So that was good.
Then we decided to go and play glow in the dark mini golf. My mini golfing skills are really not that good but we had a good time.
Then I thought he was going to take me home as we were driving in that general direction and then he turned by habit. We ended up at his house after he realized he was going the wrong way. We sat around and he showed me pictures of his friends all the massive amounts of drinking that they like to do.
It was around 1am that I look at him and said you have to take me home now or I am going to just stay here and you'll have to drive me home at 7am tomorrow.
I made it home this morning at 7:30am. The funny thing is that nothing happened. He's such a sweetheart though. He got lost trying to find my house even though I gave him directions. He went to 21 Arlington Drive and knocked on the door. How funny is that. He also opened the car door for and then shut it. He also opens other doors to. Its all good.
So I slept over at his place last night. Its pretty much the first time I have spent the night somewhere over night since Adam. I forgot how nice it is to cuddle before you fall asleep.
Cuddling was the only thing that took place mostly. Ah well. Plenty of other opportunities to come I am sure.
I am sooo tired. I need to get a coffee. I found out that my little sister Yvonne is pregnant again. I guess she is having difficulties with the preagnancy already so heres hoping she miscarries again. I realize that sounds awful but a baby is the last thing that girl needs.
Thats about all thats new in my life. I still have to call Liz and see what is going on about returning our keys to Gail and getting our damage deposit back.
oh by the way Liz the fish are still alive and I havn't put them in the big tank yet. I have just been too busy or too tired.
Anyways I ama going to find some toothpicks to prop my eyes open with.
